Cavs Make A Trade

Let me first start of by saying that I am huge cavs fan. Personally I thought the cavs would be ok if they did not make a trade before the deadline. I thought they were the best team in the east as of right now. With the trade being made I think this puts us head and shoulders above everyone and here is why: First we got a legit PG in Delonte West his driving and ability to knock down the open shot is gonna make Lebron better. Wally can hit the 3 ball like its his job (and it is) and this spreading of the floor is gonna give Lebron so much room to operate. Ben Wallace is a legit 4 who now will be rejuvinated now that he is on a championship team. Pairing him with Z and Lebron gives us the best frontcourt in the NBA. Joe Smith has a nice midrange jumper and is an adequate defender. Overall I give this trade an A and look for the cavs to make a serious push to win it all this year.

Another Update

Sunday started out well won the first and came in second in the first two sitngos for a profit of 50 only to lose the next two. Gave me a profit of $28.

Monday was an up and down day came in second of one and 3^rd in two others then lost two sitngos and a $5 and $ 10 MTT for a total loss of $7

Tuesday was a long day played in a $5 MTT didn’t cash, lost a $7 sitngo, came in third for $7 won an $11 18 person sitngo for $61 the lost two straight sitngos, followed by a lost at $5.50 and $11 and sent $10 to my roommate. I also played and lost $20 at .05/.10 which was a loss of $12.50 for the day.

Wednesday I lost two sitngos and transferred another $10 to another roommate so I lost $32.

Thursday played two sitngos lost the first and came in second in the other for a profit of $5l

Friday played in two and lost both for a loss of $22.

Saturday I didn’t play because we had a rave party at our house.

Sunday I played in a few tournaments winning one and coming in second in another. Then lost an $11 and $7 tournament. Switched to tables lost my initial $20 buyin and won 12.70. For the total weekly profit of $25.70.

Overall for the week I lost $14.80. I didn’t really play too much because I had a few tests and was planning for the rave party we hosted.

3rd Update

Sunday got back from OU and got right back to the virtual felt. I played in 7 sitngos and cashed in 5 with a net profit of 48.20. Monday didnt play much just a sitngo and $1 rebuy in which i rebought and double addon came in 10th in the rebuy for a profit of 17.90 which brought my profit to 10.90 for the day and 59.10 for the week. Tuesday was the first day i moved up to $10+1 sitngos and had mixed success. I bubbled in 3 of 4 and won the other for a net profit of $1 and a weekly profit thus far of 60.10. Wednesday had nothing to do so I played a lot; played in 10 $10+1 sitngos came in 2nd 27 person and 2nd in a 9 person didnt cash in the others, played in a $2 MTT and came in 138/404 decided to play in $6 sitngos since I was at 190 came in 3rd and 2nd. Altogether this brought my profit -7.20 for the day and 52.90 for the week. Thursday I couldnt play much because I had to study for a test on Friday but I did get two sitngos in Came in 2nd and 5 in $10+1 which brings my profit to $9 for the day and 61.90 for the day. Friday had a decent day played in 7 $10 sitngos cashed in 5; 3 3rds, 1 1st, 1 2nd, and I won a $5 satellite to into a $20 10k guarentee. For the day had a profit of $63 and a weekly profit of 124.90. Saturday was a pretty crappy day played in 8 $10 sitngos cashed twice one being a win in a 27 person for $61 profit and another cash for 5.25 which brought me to a .25 profit so I decided to play some .25/.50 for a switch up after I left both tables I made a profit of 5.06 which brought my daily profit to 5.31 and 130.21 for the week.

2nd Update On the 10k Challenge

The week started out pretty slow. On Monday I was able to place in 5 out of 9 sitngos with a net profit of 3.14 on Monday and on Tuesday I had a net loss of 2.20 bringing my winnings for the week to .94. Wednesday I played a few sitngos and did not place in one. I decided to switch it up and entered a $2 MTT. This gamble ended up paying off, as I took 2^nd out of 361 people for a profit of 89.98. This brought my winnings of the week to 83.77. This brought my BR up to 128 and me to the $5 sitngos. Thursday was a good day I cashed in 4 out of 5 sitngos with one of them being a 27-person tournament for a cash of 30.50. After these cashes it brought my bankroll up to 158.98 and then I sent my roommate 10 bucks. Friday and Saturday I was partying at another school so I did not have poker on my mind. Bankroll is currently at 148.98 and I will give you another update on Sunday.
